Calcaterra Pollack LLP led this litigation representing the named plaintiffs in the consumer class action Tepper v. Santander Bank, N.A., Case No. 72020-cv-00501 (S.D.N.Y.). The plaintiffs sought monetary damages and injunctive relief.  In November 2022, the court approved a settlement in the amount of $2 million settling claims alleging that Santander Bank breached its mortgage agreement with the plaintiffs and other members of the class by refusing to pay interest on mortgage escrow funds held by Santander Bank in violation of various state laws.
